Columbia Crossings is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee our expansion capital projects at our Portland waterfront properties. As the owner of the largest marinas in the area, we have an extensive list of medium-sized capital projects including construction of new marine facilities, development of restaurant and hospitality venues, expansion of our storage buildings, and a complete overhaul of our grounds and landscaping, among other projects.
The Construction Project Manager will help us realize our vision to remake our marinas and on-land properties in Portland as a destination for waterfront recreation. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and our internal CAPEX team. He/she will oversee budgeting, resourcing, task scheduling, and ensure effective coordination throughout. The Construction Project Manager should work creatively to identify cost-effective alternatives, and where possible, utilize internal capabilities.
Extensive professional construction experience is not necessarily required, however relevant technical knowledge and expertise in design, engineering, and/or construction is preferred. Interest in commercial real estate development and finance is also desirable.
Teutsch Partners, the parent company of Columbia Crossings, is an established real estate developer in the Pacific Northwest, with an extensive portfolio of multi-family, retail, logistics, medical office, and senior living properties. The Construction Project Manager can play a vital role in future development projects in Portland and the Seattle area beyond Columbia Crossings should he/she succeeed.
