Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee our company's business operations.
Duties:
- Prepare checks for third-party vendors.
- Prepare payroll for third-party payroll provider.
- Deposit checks.
- Responsible for recording all transactions in financial software.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Interact with contractors.
- Interact with the Diocesan Office regarding administrative matters.
Skills:
- Basic business experience.
- Communication and teamwork.
- Accounting experience a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
