Summary:
Under limited supervision develops and operates analytical and operational tools and database programs supporting the business operation needs of the Legal Services & Physician Services Departments. Key support for physician-contract project management, process implementation and optimization, and document retention/management. Monitors compliance of physician contracting process.
Formal Education Required:
a. Associate’s degree. Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience & Training Required:
a. Five to seven years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, and/or integrated healthcare delivery system
b. Experience in department-level project management/coordination
c. Experience in complex document production, management, and retention
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
b. Database management skills
c. Possesses analytical skill to problem solve
d. Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
e. Project management certification or Lean Six Sigma certification
f. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
