Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the agents, including calendar management, scheduling vendors, ie inspections, property photography, and meeting coordination.
- Conduct clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers buying and selling homes.
- Assist in preparing reports,
- Manage executive communications and prioritize incoming requests.
- Coordinate special projects and client events, open house events.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate license is preferred however not necessary
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in office software applications (MS Office Suite) Canva, Social Media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus, (licensed).
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
