We are currently seeking a Marketing Event and Business Development Coordinator for our main office located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

DUTIES:

General Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Manage and plan internal and external meetings including arranging date/time of meetings, reserving conference rooms and ensuring appropriate promotional and marketing materials are made available to attendees.
  2. Liaison with vendors to order B&P branded collaterals.
  3. Organization and inventory of marketing collateral.
  4. Respond to inquiries and requests from other offices for firm materials and other collateral items.
  5. Print or order additional supplies as necessary.
  6. Prepare marketing packages for client meetings, events, seminars, and other purposes as necessary.
  7. Maintain Marketing Department calendar in Outlook.

Marketing Collateral, Email Communication, Webinars, Social Media

  1. a) Creation of email campaigns and invitations via email marketing tool Vuture.
  2. b) Assist in developing client alerts, advisories, flyers or other communications from the firm.
  3. c) Work with other members of the marketing team to coordinate the scheduling of email and social media marketing communications as needed.
  4. d) Assist with Zoom webinars including setup and hosting as needed.

Event Support

  1. Organize and perform event specific tasks and support for firm and firm-sponsored events, such as overall workflow, registration lists and name tags, invitations and follow ups.
  2. Ensure that supplies such as giveaway items, signage, branded items and appropriate collateral are displayed at firm events and events that the firm sponsors.

The MEBDC may be required to be present at certain events to assist with onsite details.

CRM Database & List Management

  1. Assist CRM admin to update and edit mailing lists.

Any and all other duties as may be required in support of Marketing Department functions, events or operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires an independent, client-service-oriented, multi-tasker who can think on his/her feet and work well with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Requires high-level problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail. Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Hootsuite, WordPress, and Zoom. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus! Need to quickly learn propriety software. Ability to organize files and workflow, and strong command of the English language. Excellent spelling and grammar skills are a must.
