BeatBox Beverages is Hiring a Remote Influencer Marketing Specialist

Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist 

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Director of Influencer Marketing

Date: 2/2024

Job Summary: As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of influencer product seeding, ensuring strategic placement and brand alignment. Collaborating closely with the Director of Influencer Marketing, you'll actively contribute to expanding our influencer capacity, setting and achieving EMV targets, and meticulously tracking influencer campaign data.

Budget management will be a key aspect of your role, working in tandem with the director to allocate resources effectively. Beyond the day-to-day operations, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative campaigns, including experiential initiatives that elevate the Beatbox brand. Your talent-sourcing skills will be put to the test as you identify and manage partnerships with influencers for paid collaborations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Gifting, Seeding, and UGC Content Creation:
    • Source influencer talent for ongoing gifting / seeding opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely product dispatch to influencers.
    • Cast influencers and creators for specialized gifting boxes, tailoring campaigns to specific themes (e.g., March Madness, Pride, Dallas Mavs, Dallas Stars, LSU, etc.).
    • Assist in UGC Content Creation Campaigns
      • Content via Giftings with up and coming influencers
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage daily interactions with influencers regarding program initiatives, handling inquiries and facilitating community engagement.
    • Utilize the backend of Shopify for seamless product delivery as part of the influencer engagement process.
    • Travel alongside the Director of Influencer Marketing to festivals, sporting events, and other activations for on-the-ground support.
      • Assist in on site project management and campaign oversight
  • Campaign Tracking and Reporting:
    • Utilize, TRIBE, internal influencer campaign software to track Earned Media Values (EMVs) and overall performance on a monthly basis.
    • Generate monthly KPI decks illustrating campaign performance.
  • Budget and Collaboration Management:
    • Track budget and expenditure throughout each quarter in collaboration with the Director of Influencer Marketing.
    • Conduct meetings with talent to discuss paid opportunities, fostering strategic collaborations and partnerships.
  • Content and Creative Support:
    • Content Briefs Creative Campaign Alignment
    • Assist the Director of Influencer Marketing in providing content briefings and creative campaign briefings to influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Decks created via Google Slides

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Proven expertise in executing and overseeing paid influencer programs.
  • Thorough understanding of the digital communications landscape with proficiency in partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Culturally aware with a keen understanding of the influencer/brand ethos connection.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in budget tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain outstanding internal and external relationships.
  • Considered a valuable asset if you bring existing relationships with past influencers and creators

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in paid/organic influencer marketing, PR, and events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
