Summary:
Beal Bank is currently seeking an Executive Assistant within our accounting department to support the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communications skills and meticulous attention to details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to managers and team members. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality and the integrity of high-level systems and operations.
