National Law Firm is looking for a full-time, take charge Receptionist for its multi-office practice. The ideal candidate(s) would be detail-oriented team players who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Duties will be assigned as required (i.e. administrative work, meeting set ups, and general clerical support). This position requires the person be in-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer and screen incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Maintain and update the firm's phone extension list
• Manage conference room reservations
• Assist the Accounting Department with processing vendor invoices
• Other assistance as required

Skills for this position include:

• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize and follow through with plans/tasks
• Maintain firm and client confidentiality
• Proficiency with Outlook and Word - Excel a plus
• Positive attitude
• Previous law firm experience a plus
