Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a long standing client in the professional services industry in hiring a Hospitality Specialist to start immediately! The Hospitality Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exemplary guest experiences.

This position combines exceptional customer service skills with a deep understanding of hospitality principles to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, partners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Experience Management :
  • Welcome and greet clients, partners, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Provide personalized assistance, ensuring all needs and inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering services, and any special accommodations requested by clients.
  • Ensure a seamless experience throughout the client's visit, from arrival to departure.
  • Event Planning and Execution :
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure all arrangements meet quality standards.
  • Oversee event timelines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event.
  • Facilities Management :
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of reception areas, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, replenishing as needed to support daily operations.
  • Address facility-related requests and coordinate with relevant departments or service providers for resolution.
  • Hospitality Standards Compliance :
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to hospitality services.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communication and Relationship Building :
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors through attentive service and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their hospitality needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless coordination of hospitality services.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of proven experience in a hospitality or office services role in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends during events or peak periods.
