Each business group adds value to our projects by identifying opportunities, creating desirable and unique projects, and then working together with consumers to complete our cycle. Our sales teams do over 100 transactions a year and close to $250 million in sales annually. 

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who demonstrates active, effective, and responsive communication, high efficiency and productivity, and generous cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation

• $23-$35 per hour, DOE

Specific Responsibilities

General Operations

• Office Management
• Physical Mail Management
• Microsoft Office Administrator
• Manage Business Subscriptions and Renewals

General Accounting

• Manage Expense Reporting
• Coding and Filing Bills
• Payroll Management
• Deposit and Track Inbound Payments
• Manage Cash Flow Reporting
• Accounting Reconciliation

General Administration

• Answer Inbound Calls and Emails
• Support the Various Departments: Acquisitions, Dispositions, Transactions, and other Entities, as necessary

Marketing

• Manage Annual Marketing Calendar & Budget
• Participate in Marketing Design and Implementation
• Manage and Report Attributions
• Maintain Facebook and other social media

Salesforce

• Maintain Salesforce CRM
• Content
• Dashboards
• Manage Campaigns and Campaign Assignments
• Qualify and Disqualify Leads, Buyers, Etc, as needed

Other

• Daily Reporting
• Consistent Communication with the Leader and Team
• Active Participation in Conference Calls and 1:1s
• Other Duties as Assigned

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with: MLS (Multiple Listing Service), TLO, Salesforce CRM, Asana
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Detailed Oriented
• Professional Writing and Communication Skills
• Timely, Organized, and Respectable Manner
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Not Required
