- Oversee management, ongoing development and sustainability of HR department.
- Maintain current HRIS system and drive ongoing federal and state enhancements as needed.
- Help establish and maintain vibrant employee engagement, recognition and retention programs.
- Support field team recruiting needs while driving programs that reduce overall talent acquisition costs.
- Manage all employee relations issues creating proper escalation process and understanding the importance of managing through the company’s priorities.
- Ongoing maintenance of the employee benefit program ensuring that offering optimizes value across all stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact for all benefit-related needs.
- Help drive the Work Happy and One team culture throughout the organization.
- Create and maintain and report on key HR metrics.
- Respond to and investigate employee complaints/ disputes and oversee DOL claims. Maintain detailed, secure records of each material issue.
- Develop the Human Resources team to allow for advancement of skills, solutions and efficiency for growing organization.
- Support other department leaders with goal setting, employee development and overall engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, human resources, psychology, related discipline required.
- Five to eight years of progressive experience across a full array of Human Resources topics.
- Experience as a strategic business partner with the ability to link human resources as a driver and influencer of business performance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
