You are organized, goal oriented and efficient with time and budget.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management, ongoing development and sustainability of HR department.
  • Maintain current HRIS system and drive ongoing federal and state enhancements as needed.
  • Help establish and maintain vibrant employee engagement, recognition and retention programs.
  • Support field team recruiting needs while driving programs that reduce overall talent acquisition costs.
  • Manage all employee relations issues creating proper escalation process and understanding the importance of managing through the company’s priorities.
  • Ongoing maintenance of the employee benefit program ensuring that offering optimizes value across all stakeholders.
  • Serve as point of contact for all benefit-related needs.
  • Help drive the Work Happy and One team culture throughout the organization.
  • Create and maintain and report on key HR metrics.
  • Respond to and investigate employee complaints/ disputes and oversee DOL claims. Maintain detailed, secure records of each material issue.
  • Develop the Human Resources team to allow for advancement of skills, solutions and efficiency for growing organization.
  • Support other department leaders with goal setting, employee development and overall engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, human resources, psychology, related discipline required.
  • Five to eight years of progressive experience across a full array of Human Resources topics.
  • Experience as a strategic business partner with the ability to link human resources as a driver and influencer of business performance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
Extensive knowledge of an HRIS (Paylocity or other modern platform) as well as online recruiting
