Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure the office operates efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Conduct data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including planning logistics and preparing materials.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
