• Pay Range: starting at $80.000/year

Position Overview

As a Salesforce Data Analyst on our Technology Services team, you will spend a significant amount of time gathering data from multiple platforms, performing analysis, and preparing reports. You will design, develop, automate, maintain, support, and troubleshoot database and reporting processes across the company’s technology ecosystem. You will help the company leverage data to improve decision making. You will work closely with the Technology Services team, subject matter expert and key stakeholders to identify and resolve system and process issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to design and implement reporting and analysis solutions
• Develop and automate reports and data visualizations using Microsoft SSMS, SSRS, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Conduct and / or assist with business process analysis, application design, application configuration, testing, and ongoing quality assurance
• Gather business requirements and write user stories for Salesforce enhancements and products through collaboration with stakeholders and analysis of business systems, solution architecture, and databases
• Ensure appropriate design, implementation, testing, and documentation are in place for all systems solution (both data-focused and non-data focused)
• Contribute to adoption of supported systems through standardization, automation, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives focused on optimal user experience
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and consultation as required by the business
• Assist with product support by resolving help tickets as assigned
• Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience as a Salesforce analyst, data analyst, or similar role
• Working knowledge and experience with SSMS, SSRS, and PowerBI required
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the creation scripts, SQL reports, stored procedures, and/or packages
• Prior help desk support experience
• A passion for data, data processing and validation, reporting, and analysis
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Ability to delivery results with minimal supervision
• Experience with the extended Salesforce ecosystem, including Tableau and integrated systems desired but not required.
