You will play a crucial role in analyzing and presenting data, supporting our teams, applications and other financial institution operations. You could be doing quality control reviews on applications, reviewing escalated applicants, reporting on trends in excel via creating charts for example. Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Create and maintain detailed reports, charts, tables, and presentations using Microsoft Excel.Utilize Salesforce and other large ERP systems to manage and interpret data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.Support contact center operations by analyzing call data, customer interactions, and performance metrics.Assist in applications by evaluating data related to applications, approvals, and denials.Use OneNote for efficient notetaking and organization of information.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous attention to detail.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within contact centers, loan origination, or financial institutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, chart creation, and data presentation.Experience with Salesforce and large ERP systems is a significant plus.Familiarity with Microsoft OneNote is advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote work environment.A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.Previous experience in a similar role within a contact center, loan origination, or financial institution is highly desirable.Must provide 3 supervisory references. Hourly compensation is determined based upon experience.
