EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TEHCNOLOGY GROUP AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM Base Salary is $110K to $125K (based upon candidate and experience); and Paid OT (if worked)

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced executive/administrative support professional to join its organization as an Executive Assistant providing support to Senior Members of the firms Technology Group . In this role, you will play a key role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track.
We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, anticipating principals needs, prioritizing tasks, liaising with internal business units and external parties, managing key projects, and tracking workflows for principals, booking global travel, and providing general administrative assistance.

- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite Skills, especially Outlook
- Experience using Confluence is a plus
- At least Seven (7) years of Relevant Experience required
- Flexible, diligent individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Keen organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excel at working independently and as part of a team
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects at once with a proactive approach
- Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must
