Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our partners. This role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including cross-training, client service, onboarding, and more. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar position, preferably in the financial services industry.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

· Manage the partner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

· Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

· Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

· Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and budget management.

Client Service:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

· Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure a seamless client experience.

· Maintain client records and update the CRM system with relevant information.

· Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations.

Cross Training and Development:

· Collaborate with team members to develop and implement cross-training programs to enhance skill sets and promote efficiency.

· Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

· Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
