Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing life and disability insurance applications through their life cycle, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Life and Disability.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in account management, or customer service
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Client Management System platforms is a plus
