The primary purpose of this position is to provide support in all functions of the Human Resources Department. This is accomplished by providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department to include a range of duties to be handled with confidentiality and discretion; interface with staff, leaders, board members, vendors, and visitors of the credit union; and performing other duties as requested.
Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge: Overall knowledge of all Credit Union policies and procedures. Knowledge of general office duties to include typing, answering phones, and filing. Proficiency in computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Required Education: Education up to the equivalent of a four-year high school education.
Required Experience: Prior administrative or financial institution experience.
Preferred Experience: Previous Human Resources experience is highly desirable.
