Baylor University is seeking a service-oriented HR Consultant (HRC). The HR Consultant serves as a strategic HR business partner for a portfolio of internal client groups. Candidates considered for this position must be able to demonstrate previous experience in guiding key HR business strategy, critical decision making, high service commitment, and successful performance in mediating employee relations outcomes. This position will be a critical partner in assisting client groups with assessing and developing culture, aiding client in becoming business ready, and providing support to find strong problem resolution.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree and five years of relevant work experience. A Master’s Degree and eight years of relevant work experience are preferred. Strong preference will also be given to candidates who currently have a PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP. An active Christian faith is required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
