Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for a HR People Partner role in our Miracle-Ear Flagship business unit. In this role you will partner with the Miracle-Ear Flagship organization to deliver our results through engaged and motivated team members. As a key member of the organization, you will interface locally enabling the organization to achieve our performance goals, culture goals, and create a sustainable foundation for continued growth. This position is a blended role between strategic and tactical execution and is the primary point of contact for all leaders within assigned business units.
To be effective in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with senior colleagues and key stakeholders. Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking, and communication skills.
