Baylor Careers is Hiring a Recruitment Specialist Near Dallas, TX

What We're Looking For

Baylor University is seeking an Recruitment Specialist to support the mission of the University at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing. This position located in Dallas, TX.

A Bachelor’s degree, less than one year of relevant experience and an active Christian Faith is required. A Master's degree and five years of experience is preferred.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. 

What You Will Do 

  • Analyzes recruitment data and recommends improvements / modifications to the program.
  • Assists with admissions during the peak admissions cycle.
  • Assists with managing customer relations management (CRM) system and email communications to prospective students.
  • Provides substantive information on student programs for the organization or in college / school / department.
  • Performs recruitment activities.
  • Evaluates and makes determinations regarding applications for admission using established guidelines.
  • Assists with the planning, designing, and implementing recruitment initiatives to meet campus enrollment targets.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment and outreach initiatives.
  • Manages recruitment event registrations, invoicing, travel reimbursements, and other related logistics.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
  • Ability to comply with University policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
