**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through promoting our products, services, and knowledge through our call center and through our event promotions.
**Duties:**
- Handle outgoing customer inquiries via phone
- Assist customers with product information,questions, and scheduling availability
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
