Job Description :

• Complete paging requests from physicians and team members, page out traumas to the trauma team, call out Code Blues on the overhead system for the hospitals
• Answer incoming calls from those who call the 800 number
• Connect people to where they need to go and who they need to speak with

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

• 1 year of steady employment in a call center role where 50 calls are taken / day
• High School Diploma

Hours

3 : 30pm - 12am (3 Days On, 2 Days Off with Every Other Weekend)
