Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking attendance
- Support performance management activities by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act)
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and responding to employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with training development processes and performance management practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
