Bartenders will need to be efficient, maintain high volume production and consistent quality cocktails. While adhering to meet all customer-service standards, house policies and following responsible alcohol management. Create a guest base of regulars to maintain a steady flow of patrons

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• We initiate all contact with guests as they enter, no matter where they may be waiting. Delivering superior guest service and ensuring absolute Customer Satisfaction. We greet standing tall with welcoming smiles and eye contact
• Ability to organize, plan, multi-task and manage the bar, storage and walk-in
• Maintain consistency of service sequences throughout the restaurant
• Maintain consistency of all cocktails throughout the bartending team
• Prioritize and account for all beverages created and served from the bar
• Ring in all beverages before creating - same procedure as for servers. Acute ability to handle cash transactions, manage and reconcile cash drawers
• Follow procedures on ordering food and creating beverage for your guests
• Create consist cocktails throughout the bartending staff. Ability to match cocktails with guests and pair spirits with food
• Manage and be responsible for guests intoxication levels
• Maintain an organized, clean and presentable bar at all times
• Communicate with management of any issues regarding guests, staff and kitchen issues
• Responding expediently and efficiently to guests requests, comments, concerns and complaints
• Assist with pars and inventory controls. Minimizing breakage, shortages and product loss
• Insuring no beverages are served without a ticket
• Acute ability to handle cash transactions, manage and reconcile cash drawer and properly declaring tips

Minimum Requirements

• Dining Room experience a plus
• Minimum of 1 year as a Craft Style Bartender required
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
• Must be able to lift kegs, beer and wine cases while using proper lifting techniques
• Extensive food, liquor, wine, beer and beverage knowledge
• Understanding the fluidity of the restaurant with a keen sense of urgency. Communicate with guests, future guests, staff and management
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including all holidays
