Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences. If you have a background in sales, hospitality, and food handling, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor customer needs and ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
