Job Description :

Responsible for proactively engaging customers and promoting service solutions for company produced equipment as well as supervising and scheduling field service work in the installation, repair and adjustment of equipment.

This role is the primary contact and account support manager for a group of assigned customer accounts and involves regular communication and the ability to proactively develop solutions to help customers improve reliability and performance.

Project management with an emphasis on pre-planning to ensure smooth execution is an integral part of this role. It also manages all activities associated with the resolution of escalated customer complaints regarding company products or services.

The Customer Support Manager ensures footprint retention and increases customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient resolution of customer problems throughout the life of the machine.
