Oakley law firm is seeking a personal injury and litigation executive legal secretary/legal assistant. Domestic relations experience a plus, but not required. The candidate must have at least two years’ experience in this or a similar role. This is a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Primary responsibilities :

• Collect and organize medical records

• Significant transcription

• Manage case load and calendars for two partners

• Draft basic litigation pleadings

• General administrative tasks

• Some phone duty

Qualifications :

• Excellent understanding of litigation and legal terminology
• Strong administrative support skills
• Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines/excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
