Hours : Monday - Friday Do you want to share your knowledge and help others achieve goals? As a Community Support Professional, you will be helping adults with physical and intellectual disabilities foster independence.
You will be there every step of the way in the Warren Community Participation program as our individuals gain valuable new skills.
Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn and connect with others in their community.

- Implement goal plans
- Assist with personal care
- Following activity schedules
- Participate in interesting, growth-oriented in-facility activities and community outings with program attendees Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
