Hensa is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Corry, PA

We are seeking reliable persons for Equipment Set-up and Operations as a respected and integral member of our team! We are hiring experienced and inexperienced persons for multiple positions. Training will be provided. Safe work practices are essential as is attendance, performance, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, start-up, and oversee hand-feed and continuously operating machinery
  • Align components using various measurement tools
  • Read drawings and take or read measurements to ensure parts are accurate after set-up and during operation
  • Follow procedures to meet product and production requirements
  • Maintain continuous production with regular checks and inspections
  • Load raw materials and take-away finished parts
  • Inspect to confirm measurements and verify quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing and metal forming is a plus
  • Painting/ powder-coating experience can be utilized
  • Familiarity with tools, fixtures, and forming dies is a plus
  • Must be capable to read and use drawings and sketches
  • Have the ability to handle physical workload including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and holding
  • Experience with and ability to be certified/ recertified for forklift driving is a plus
