Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests with exceptional customer service
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
- Strong guest relations and guest service skills
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient in cash handling and POS systems, especially Toast
- Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
