Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth seating and service transitions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or special requests
- Assist with food service tasks as needed, such as refilling water glasses or delivering bread baskets
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
