Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and operate the cash register efficiently
- Upsell items and promote special offers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol laws
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and safe alcohol handling practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
