The Administrative Operations Directorreports directly to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for assisting and oversight of all administrative operations and day-to-day operational coordination with center staff. This includes close coordination on day to day scheduling inquires, panel management, double booking, no-show rate monitoring and providing ideas for reducing no show rates. The Administrative Operations Director insures compliance with appropriate regulations for JCAHO and work closely with facilities Director to ensure all operations policies are up to date including but not limited to Environment of Care, safety, and emergency management policies. Fluent on requirements and knowledgeable with, NCQA, Joint commission and HRSA operational surveys requirements and assist with survey preparation and readiness. Position also serves as the organization’s internal contact for all center leadership and conducts regular meetings to ensure access to care is available to patients with a short 3rd next available appointment timeframe. When assigned, willing to assist and manage special projects within operations department. Works closely with health centers teams leadership. Assists and supports COO in all aspects of administrative operations
