Job Details:
The Assistant Director of Operations should have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. Have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Will also display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of facility management.
- Assist the Director of Operations.
- Oversee the Dispatch Department.
- Manage all aspects of the BCPS (Baltimore County Public Schools) bus routes.
- Prepare monthly DOT files.
- Prepare quarterly IFTA documents.
- Update weekly; SWPP (Storm Water Protection Plan) documents.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (In-Person).
- Flexibility to work one Saturday a month.
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
