The Role

Bally's Interactive is looking for a bright, confident Graphic Designer with a can-do attitude and exceptional eye for detail to join our thriving Design Team based in Las Vegas. Working with brands such as Bally Bet, Bally Play and Monkey Knife Fight, this is an exciting opportunity in the Sportsbook, Casino and Fantasy Sports industry. You will be creating a mix of video, HTML 5 animated and static images for a range of devices, with the focus on mobile. You will be creating content with Adobe After Effects, Animate, Photoshop and Illustrator so it's important you are proficient in all 4 of these. Experience in Blender and/or Cinema 4D is a bonus.

What You Will Do:

• Work on creative from concept design through to final execution
• Maintain and update existing creative assets and campaigns
• Work independently as well as collaborate with other designers, as well as members from the marketing, acquisition and production teams
• Remains flexible to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Be able to take direction and critique from stakeholders to evolve an idea, with a friendly, confident attitude
• Output high quality work with knowledge of file size optimization methods
• Organize working and final files for efficient hand-off between team members
• Manage time effectively, dedicating the appropriate amount of time to a project
• Be creative: Explore creative concepts and offer multiple ideas when required; working with stakeholders to add creativity to the brief

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Solid graphic design knowledge: composition and typography skills
• Ability to understand a brief and create innovative solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to follow existing styles and brand guidelines, and adapt to visual styles to suit certain projects
• Have a strong understanding of exporting and optimizing video for various social platforms such as YouTube and Facebook
• Engaging portfolio with excellent design examples
