Well, what about the team?

The purpose of the Design Team is to be the hub of excellence for creative concept development and design within the Bally's Interactive North America Marketing organization. The design team provides an internal agency service that owns the development of end-to-end brand worlds, creative assets for our Ventures across both the US and Canada. A real focus on ensuring our people have the best processes and ways of working to allow an efficient workflow and collaboration, within the team and across all of Marketing. The assets span many channels including our websites, digital display, social and physical CRM and E-CRM. Essentially, every step of a customer journey.

As a Designer at Bally's Interactive you will be responsible for creating designs for both the Casino and Sportsbook product lines. These will appear on both digital and print platforms, from app store images and acquisition email headers to OOH billboard to in Casino signage.

So, what will you be doing?

• Turning briefs into original and distinctive designs and content
• Working with both the requestor and Design Managers to ensure their vision is realized and enhanced
• Ensuring all material produced conforms with the brand's visual guidelines
• Working equally well with clients and in-house teams
• Working within the confines of technical elements of digital and print design depending on the platform, be this responsive design, differences between various social media channels, or various print specifications
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Have ability to create content which resonates with the desired target audience through innovative and memorable design
• Able to work to strict deadlines with unerring accuracy
• Demonstrate keen eye for detail and an obsession with typography, design and layout
• Show awareness of the current digital landscape
• Have passion for sport, and football in particular - that goes way above the ordinary
• Display ambition and drive to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Exhibit bravery to try new things, learn from failures and have fun along the way

Experience Required

• 5 years of experience working in a designer role for a brand or agency
• A portfolio which showcases an ability to produce visually inventive and effective work across a range of platforms, from website to app to social media
• Have understanding of sports betting and the casino world a bonus
• Have understanding of HTML/CSS and how digital platforms work

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 plus a yearly bonus.
