NFI Industries is Hiring a Content Specialist Near Camden, NJ

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Principal UI/UX developer, the Content Specialist works in the Transportation Management (TM) business area and is responsible for crafting compelling stories from complex topics and optimizing narrative content, including articles, slide decks, social posts, videos, and other formats. In this role, you will work closely with the NFI marketing team to ensure the content we create supports the business strategies and maximizes reach and engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand core themes and develop aligned, consistent content tailored for specific channels and customer profiles for TM.
  • Act as a trusted brand steward, ensuring all content aligns with NFI’s visual identity, voice, and mission.
  • Produce purpose-driven, actionable content developed with the audience experience at the forefront.
  • Develop customer-specific content for TM quarterly business reviews that highlight operational data, KPIs, and goals to build a meaningful connection between the customer and the value proposition of NFI.
  • Identify emerging trends in the industry to propose relevant and timely content opportunities proactively.
  • Gather information from our disparate data sources to analyze and uncover patterns that can be translated into impactful stories for creative content.
  • Establish relevant key performance indicators for created content, design insightful reports, analyze results to identify trends, and propose data-driven methods to improve future outcomes.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously and navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate project reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to solicit feedback and implement relevant improvements.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and external vendors to efficiently source and produce quality deliverables on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of technical boot camp and work experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, including internships
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, plus knowledge of tools like Canva and Figma
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
