GES is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for a large variety of design challenges in both digital and print formats. From web design, to animated graphics, to print ads, our Graphic Designer is tasked with ensuring all deliverables are thoughtfully designed and visually excellent. Typical projects include the production of client, exhibitor, and internal facing materials, across a variety of mediums, using a diverse set of tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, Microsoft 365 apps, code editors, and other 3rd party apps.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital and print design. Must be committed to quality, possess a high level of attention to detail, consistent delivery, and willing to work collaboratively with internal teams.

• Conceptualize, design and refine new marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency
• Maintain the look and feel of the website in accordance with brand values
• Conceptualize and produce website graphics and other digital content
• Contribute to website continuous improvement
• Support/create graphics for Marketo email templates
• Design/create print related marketing materials
• Manage print related tasks
• Collaborate with Marketing Team and other internal stakeholders on special projects that require visual design

The position requires a person who is very organized and great with prioritizing, organizing and planning in order to see each job through completion and able to meet given deadlines.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
• Knowledge and proficiency in both print and web design process
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Meet deadlines while producing quality work
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Embrace and promote a collaborative and positive team culture
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Proficiency in website design
• Proficiency in writing basic HTML & CSS
