Role Overview: As a Parts Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our Parts Department, reporting directly to the Parts Manager. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, processing paperwork, issuing credits, and more. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values exceptional customer service. If you're a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries
• Processing paperwork efficiently and accurately
• Issuing credits and managing returns
• Providing administrative support to the Parts Manager and team
• Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with dealership personnel and business partners
