The Opportunity

The a Director of Financial Operations will be a key member of the management team and will be responsible for all of the company’s operations matters including, primary day-to-day responsibility for implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities, legal activities, responsible for increasing efficiency in various departments of the company by creating & improving workflows, processes & ERP optimization/automation

This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, budget optimization, property management, contract management, compliance, audit, deal analysis /negotiations, management of Payment Business Unit (Merchant Services, Banking). We will consider all candidates having at least two of those three areas covered on an advanced level.

Direct reports: 2 teams, 6 – 10 people.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Tech-savvy; experienced implementing ERP or Inventory systems IS A MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in progressively responsible operational leadership roles, preferably in the payment industry, FinTech, Software house or telecommunications.
• Above average management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• International experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long-term financial operations' objectives.
• Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting and Legal & Compliance functions for the organization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage relationships with banks.
• Supervise finance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
