Overview
Spence-Chapin is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team of professionals who can guide the financial and operational systems that empower us. We are searching for a skilled and experienced Chief Financial and Operations Officer to keep our finances positioned for continued success. The CFOO will provide executive leadership to the Finance, IT, and Operations divisions and support the CEO. Non-profit and supervisory experience required. The qualified candidate will have senior level and decision-making experience and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This is an in-person position with an annual salary range of $220,000-$230,000 commensurate with experience.
Spence-Chapin is a non-profit organization based in New York City that has been providing adoption services and adoption support for more than 110 years. Spence-Chapin is newly licensed in Arizona.
