About this role: Lead Marketing Consultant as a full-time employee Consumer Marketing Campaign Manager. This role will be responsible for the execution of Consumer Auto marketing, and branding. Responsibilities include: Ideate, build, and deliver marketing that drives excellent customer experiences and delivers on company goals. Use customer, market, and competitive insights to develop strategic marketing recommendations to drive marketing strategy. Manage high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch and monitoring, including creative collaboration, stakeholder communications, approval management, and coordinating in-market tracking. Develop and recommend lifecycle communication journeys and one-off campaigns (across channels - email, direct mail, SMS/text; collaborate with digital teams - SEO, Social, wellsfargo.com). Collaborate with research, creative and product teams to build customer-focused marketing, messaging, and imagery. Leverage a test-and-learn approach to all marketing efforts. Work with teams to enable measurement & analysis of marketing performance. Develop marketing campaign processes and procedures that identify and address risk. Other responsibilities as assigned. In this role, you will: Lead complex initiatives and work across functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact. Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales and profitability for marketing. Participate and lead complex cross-functional groups to create, edit, and manage digital content for more advanced marketing campaigns, programs or initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across all digital channels. Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing needs. Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing. Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables. Manage a team or lead virtual cross functional teams. Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Marketing communications lifecycle management experience; especially leveraging email, direct mail, and SMS/text Project management skills: strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills to drive marketing executions through multiple stage gates to launch; including Project Management Software Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels Good communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems End-to-end marketing campaign management experience Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 5% of the time This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Ability to provide and work from a home office Ability to work additional hours as needed Posting Location: 2501 S Price Rd, Chandler AZ 401 S.
