In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Participate in and/or lead cross-functional team efforts to strategize, plan and execute operations improvement initiatives
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Leverage data, analytics and reporting to make decisions and recommendations
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, monitor and measure strategic approaches
  • Create executive presentations, business communications, change management plans, reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide support to a cross functional team to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs and initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • 5 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired qualifications:
  • Strategy consulting experience with previous roles or Experience driving efficiency across Consumer and Small Business processes within an Operational environment
  • Experience with strategy, analysis, and planning lifecycle for large-scale transformational change initiatives in a heavily matrixed, cross-functional team environment
  • Talented thought leader, adept at bringing structure to ambiguity, building, and driving rigorous frameworks to solve complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to present complex ideas in a clear, and concise manner to an executive audience
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, quantitative business analysis (Excel), data analysis, and executive presentation building (PowerPoint) are strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, highly collaborative and inclusive working style
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, drive to achieve goals, and work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment
  • High level of motivation and initiative with ability to meet responsibilities with limited direction and oversight; highly dependable and reliable to deliver on time and to specifications

  • Ability to work on-site
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
