Azizam is opening a brick & mortar in Silverlake! We are currently hiring for a dual kitchen/floor position to build our team. Our goal is to provide a space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere through high-quality service and thoughtful presentation. We offer a menu with classic Persian dishes highlighting many nostalgic items found in the comfort of a Persian home.

An ideal candidate would be someone who is open-minded, a team player, a multitasker, and enjoys providing warm service in a neighborhood-friendly setting. Using a hybrid model, we are looking for individuals who want to expand their skill sets–blurring the line between the front and back of house. We believe in providing an environment where all team members can continue to grow in their roles and duties at the restaurant, as well as on their own time outside of work. 

We are a small restaurant with a non-traditional set up. At Azizam, tips will be distributed across the team based on a tip pool. Our aim is to create a fair working environment where all team members can learn a variety of skill sets–shifting between different roles. As part of the community, we hope to maintain an experience where guests can come to enjoy time & time again, as well as sustain a place of fair employment where we are proud to serve the food we create.

Compensation: 

Pay rate: 17.5 /hr plus tips
