**Role Overview:**We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, friendly, and possess a deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments. They will be responsible for providing support across various aspects of patient care and treatment procedures.

**Responsibilities:**- Triage patients and assist in medical history documentation.- Document before and after pictures for patient records.- Obtain consents and provide patient education on treatments.- Assist medical providers throughout various aesthetic treatments, including Botox injectables and lasers.- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of medical exam rooms.- Manage laundry and ensure proper handling of medical equipment.- Call in prescriptions as directed by medical providers.

**Qualifications:**- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.- Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments and procedures.- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Punctual and reliable.
