Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant.
• CPR certification.
• 2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
• 2 Years of experience in ICD-10 codes and CPT codes.
• Knowledge of medical terminology CPT Codes, ICD, and clinical procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with (Specific chronic conditions, and remote patient monitoring)

Skills

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EHR software.
• Exceptional patient interaction and communication skills.
• Medical billing and CPT coding knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of medical instruments and equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, patient history, and other relevant medical information.
• Verify patient insurance information and handle billing and coding as required.
• Proficient in Medical Assistant duties and medical terminology
