Axis Spine and Pain, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Director of Business Development, to join our growing and established practice in Macon, GA.
Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.
Our mission is to deliver comprehensive care to help musculoskeletal and pain management patients live their best lives possible. Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology.
The Director of Business Development is responsible for increasing PartnerCare’s referrals and referral conversation rates and sales by identifying revenue generating marketing initiatives, developing, and promoting relationships with customers and clients. The Director of Business Development identifies opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and has responsibilities directly related to making sales to include meeting with clients at the client location, managing strategic partnerships, and preparing proposals and presentations, creating, and analyzing market data, referral trends, and business operational trends as it relates to new patients, etc. Independently leads market strategy in collaboration with the Practice Administrator, VP of Sales and Marketing and the Business Development Liaison team as applicable. May manage direct reports.

Education and Experiences:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Experience: 10 years proven healthcare sales and marketing experience.
