Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with expertise in wholesale distribution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of wholesale distribution processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage wholesale orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and procurement, to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize wholesale distribution processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to inform business decisions and improve service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to effectively anticipate and address customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution processes, including order management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
