Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with sales representative and the internal project management team to ensure client satisfaction and fluid communication
• Attend onsite client meetings addressing order specification and finish selections
• Prepare quotes and coordinate full project details including discounting, finishes, materials, delivery and installation details

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Excellent customer relationship skills and a commitment to the customer experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a sales-focused administrator role
